President and CEO
Christine McAtee is President and Chief Executive Officer of Insignia Marketing, Inc., a corporate marketing, branding and promotional firm, which she founded in 2002. Insignia Marketing, Inc. launched the VisiCare™ line of custom white boards in 2011. This innovative communication tool was developed in response to the growing demand from healthcare facilities to provide functional and brand-centric tools to assist them in meeting the patient care needs of our country’s ever-changing demographics.
With an illustrious marketing career spanning over 20 years, Christine is dedicated to seeing her clients succeed. As a marketing collaborator, she provides innovative services ranging from marketing planning, strategy and creative conceptualization to the execution of traditional media and employee retention/morale incentive programs. Christine has successfully partnered with clients to increase market share and profitability in their marketing initiatives.
Christine achieved the Certified Advertising Specialist (CAS) designation and is graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. She is a member of the WBEA (Women's Business Enterprise Alliance).
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
Lori Morreira joined the VisiCare™ team at Insignia Marketing, Inc. in February of 2013 and quickly realized the impact VisiCare™ products would make toward improving patient communication. Her years of experience in business management, client relations and marketing laid the groundwork for her current position as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Lori’s focus is ultimately aimed at providing assistance and continued support to clients. Her vision for new products is driven by the ever changing needs healthcare providers have to increase satisfaction, improve the patient experience and be fiscally responsible.
Lori and her husband have been married for over 20 years and have 2 delightful children. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with an Associate of Arts Degree from Lone Star College Montgomery. She was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa during her tenure at the school and has held various board positions for local non-profit organizations. Lori and her family are avid sports fans and are regularly at a sporting venue on most weekends.
Kristina A. Krail, RN, MPH, NEA-BC, FACHE
Healthcare Excellence Advisor
Kristina Krail has been serving the healthcare industry through a variety of high-level administrative positions for over 25 years. She is an accomplished Chief Nursing Officer with experience working at institutions ranging from large academic medical centers to small community hospitals. As Chief Operating Officer for the Nassau-Suffolk Hospital Council, she used her keen understanding of healthcare and patient care to advocate for the council’s 26 hospitals at the State legislature and educate representatives about key issues.
Kris now uses her problem-solving skills and deep knowledge of the healthcare industry in a different way to assist clients in meeting organizational objectives during this dynamic and complex era. Currently a healthcare planner/clinician with one of the largest and most reputable healthcare design/architectural firms in the world, she uses her first-hand understanding of the challenges hospital leadership faces to help them create plans, develop designs, and transition to new environments.
Kris is a registered professional nurse; certified by Hofstra University in Project Management; certified Nurse Executive – Advanced, and a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She holds a BSN from William Paterson University (NJ) and a MPH from Columbia University School of Public Health. Kris is a mentor and life-long learner who gives back through teaching, publishing, and professional volunteering.
